Most practices stick with the same VMR. They become part of the team and adapt to all the little idiosyncrasies of your practice. We do have a couple of trained VMRs ready to jump into your practice for sick leave or holiday leave when needed. And yes! Once you have one, we find practices generally add more!!
We have 4 plans to choose from and they can all be tweaked to better serve your needs.
Bookings Plus provides extended service to cover phone and email.
Our most popular option is Reception which includes bookings and enquiries by phone and email, messaging practise staff, transferring and forwarding calls using soft phone technology and manages your booking platform.
You set the access that you want your VMR to have through your software. From as little as the booking diary, to limited access to patient records so they can see if the referral has been done, results are in etc.
Reception Plus does all that and administers all practise emails, actions emails, files emails to client records and cleans your inbox every day.
Once all the paperwork is signed, we will spend a little time with the front office team to tailor our VMRs to your way of doing things. Other than that we do all the rest!
We have our own team of IT specialists who will ask simple questions in regards to your current system software and telephones. We will find the best solution for your business and will train your nominated staff member with all the skills to maintain and improve the integration of your VMRs.
As part of our contract with you we will supply and install any hardware that is essential to the integration of the VMRs with your practice.
