How Long Do I Get Support?

For as long as your health facility requires. For simple matters support is free. For complex solutions a fee may apply. All charges are authorised by you before we implement anything.

How Does It Works?

We utilise the internet to answer your incomming calls, emails and contact forms to integrate our VMRs with your practice.

How does VMR ensure compliant recruitment?

We check our prospective VMR’s very rigorously before they become a member of our team. We perform background checks and verify training certification before prospects are featured in our database. All Virtual Reception Staff are accredited to Australian (AGPAL) standards. You can screen your VRM profile to find the most suitable candidate for your practices culture. We then supply all the paperwork and do all the payroll for you.

Is my patient data safe?

Your VMR will be accessing your patient data utilising the systems you use currently , locally accessed or in the Cloud. Using a secure infrastructure, we protect the data of your patients.

Will my patients know that the VMRs are based remotely?

Your patients will receive calls from your regular practice phone number and emails from your regular practice account, they appear to be just on another room extension.

Can I add or change my VMR?

Most practices stick with the same VMR. They become part of the team and adapt to all the little idiosyncrasies of your practice. We do have a couple of trained VMRs ready to jump into your practice for sick leave or holiday leave when needed. And yes! Once you have one, we find practices generally add more!!

What kind of services can VMR Australia VMRs provide?

We have 4 plans to choose from and they can all be tweaked to better serve your needs. Bookings Plus provides extended service to cover phone and email. Our most popular option is Reception which includes bookings and enquiries by phone and email, messaging practise staff, transferring and forwarding calls using soft phone technology and manages your booking platform. You set the access that you want your VMR to have through your software. From as little as the booking diary, to limited access to patient records so they can see if the referral has been done, results are in etc. Reception Plus does all that and administers all practise emails, actions emails, files emails to client records and cleans your inbox every day.

How Do I Activate My Account?

Once all the paperwork is signed, we will spend a little time with the front office team to tailor our VMRs to your way of doing things. Other than that we do all the rest!

How hard is VMR to set up at my practice?

We have our own team of IT specialists who will ask simple questions in regards to your current system software and telephones. We will find the best solution for your business and will train your nominated staff member with all the skills to maintain and improve the integration of your VMRs.

What Hardware do I need to have a VMR

As part of our contract with you we will supply and install any hardware that is essential to the integration of the VMRs with your practice.
